Julia Quinn "The Lost Duke of Wyndham"
Even better than the last one.
No, really!
Oh, fine, go read it for yourself.

That's a good recommendation :)
Short and to the point for a review, and I totally agree! Although I haven't read Miss Cheever yet, so I have to say better than the last one I read which was the last Bridgerton book!
I'm afraid I'm a bit of fan-girl for Ms. Quinn. So why waste time on de-constructing a book where my view may be slightly biased and that I enjoyed so much. Sometimes you just have to admire the beauty. :)
Miss Cheever is very enjoyable but in comparison to this one, the switch from witty dialog to 'un-dieing love' monologs is a bit jarring and inconsistent characterization. But it's so much better (funnier) than 90% else out there, you should really pick it up, Marg. :)
I've been wanting to read this one.
